Bryan Mabry,
Co-Founder and President
Bryan Mabry is the founder and Managing Director of Vehementia, LLC, a strategic advisory firm focused on providing corporate and national security clients with critical information and due diligence to inform risk, investment, and organizational growth decisions.
Bryan previously served as Acting Vice President of the Department of Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an innovative and independent foreign assistance agency that is helping to lead the fight against global poverty. Bryan previously served as Deputy Vice President of the Department of Administration and Finance.
Prior to joining MCC, Mr. Mabry was Director of Special Projects at a Fortune 200 firm of 80,000 employees operating in over 150 countries. Mr. Mabry was responsible for the strategic direction of operations through the identification of new business areas and non-traditional mission support opportunities to a number of commercial clients, federal agencies and special operations elements of the U.S. military.
Previously, Mr. Mabry spent 13 years with the U.S. government leading and managing programs in the intelligence community and the Department of Defense.
Sherif Wahby is an International Talent Acquisition Executive with over 20 years of experience exercising his passion for building world class teams. Sherif is currently a Senior Director with Markon Solutions. He has spent a large portion of his career shuttling between the Silicon Valley, Washington D.C and the Middle East, Sherif has spearheaded global talent acquisition projects supporting US Government agencies, Silicon Valley start ups and Fortune 100 companies. He sits on the boards of a number of non profits supporting a variety of philanthropic efforts.
Brig. Gen. Tom Cosentino

Brigadier General Cosentino is a retired U.S. Army General Officer and serves as the Executive Vice President for Business Executives for National Security (BENS). Brig General Cosentino served as a strategic advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the Secretary of Defense, and the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy. An expert in the building of partner state security force capacity, he managed a billion dollar plus program to man, train, and equip the Afghan Army and Police and has led a 3,000 member multi-national command of police, judicial, and military advisors and trainers. As Commandant, he led the National War College, the premier college for educating strategic leaders from across the United States inter-agency and twenty-nine partner nations, to include military, law enforcement and justice, homeland security, intelligence, and diplomatic and foreign assistance.
Sam Shafi

Sam Shafi is currently Head of Global Talent at Poynt. With over twenty years of experience in recruiting Sam Shafi has played key roles in the Talent Acquisition teams of corporations such as Palo Alto Networks, VMWARE, Nortel and HP. Sam is passionate about sharing his knowledge in recruitment and enjoys and excels in training and mentoring recruiters with all levels of experience.
Glen Cathey

Glen Cathey is a globally recognized sourcing and recruiting leader, corporate/keynote speaker and blogger (booleanblackbelt.com). With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, Glen has held executive leadership roles in $1B+ staffing firms including Randstad and Kforce, and he has provided training to over 1,000 recruiters in his career. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park, and is passionate about people, process (Lean & Agile), data and analytics, automation and algorithms, strategy and innovation, leadership and performance.
Kristien Coppels

Kristien Coppels joined Bellator as a Board member in 2016. An HR professional, she has over 12 years of experience in various disciplines, including talent acquisition strategy development, business process re-engineering, process improvement, recruiting, program management and performance management in both the private and federal government sector. She currently works for Marriott International on the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Solutions team, where she designs, develops and implements innovative TA strategies and provides strategic advice and solution architecture to stakeholders and partners around the globe. Over the last 10 years, she's volunteered with various non-profits, include Rebuilding Together, Our House and So Others Might Eat (SOME) in the Washington, D.C. area.
Tracey Keiter

Tracey Keiter joined Bellator with more than 15 years of multidisciplinary security and business operations management, as well as program development, recruiting, training, and communications experience. With a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious global OneMBA program through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she helped develop innovative programs, policies, and procedures to protect and improve management of US Government personnel, information, and facilities worldwide in the public and private sector. Her own transition from the public to private sector has heightened her passion to enable our veterans’ successful caree transitions of their own. She also created and manages a multicultural food, wine, and travel blog, The Culinary Diplomat.
Megumi Voight is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and recognized leader with 6+ years of experience in leading teams in high-stress, high-tempo and high-visibility environments. Megumi holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Studies and a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Communications. She is also a Development Coordinator for another Veteran NonProfit, Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation.

Brian Gomez, a Marine Corps Veteran with over 12 years of honorable service, is currently working at Facebook (FB) as a Sourcing Recruiter for FB's Recruiting for Recruiting & Admin Recruiting teams. He has extensive experience working with fellow Veterans in military operational and leadership capacities, but continues to work with Veterans that are transitioning out of the military. He has an Associate’s degree in General Studies and is Lean Six Sigma (White Belt) certified. Brian is the first Bellator Veteran that was permanently hired by our partner, Facebook and continues to do a stellar job in working with our current Veterans going through the Facebook Sourcer Development Program. He has been identified at one of the points of contacts for FB's Business Recruiting to help support Veteran Engagement & Initiatives.
Nicholas Taufer is a Service Disabled U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army Veteran currently working as an Program Analyst for a Veteran- owned small business, CPMC Corporation. His background includes working within human resources, operations and customer service with government and commercial organizations. Nick Utilizes his experience acting as an HR liaison between the active duty and retired Veterans as well as utilizing trilingual abilities to communicate effectively with all parties involved in tasks to ensure Veterans have a smooth transition out of the military and into the workforce.
John Durham served in the army from 1991 to 2014. With over 10 years of Talent Acquisition eperience within the military and commercial sectors. He's currently part of the Talent Acquisition Team at Verizon Media (Yahoo!). John continously advocates for transitioning veterans and utilizes his recruiting experience to assist Bellator Veterans.

Patrick Schlecker

Patrick Schlecker is a Senior Consultant for Markon Solutions, one of the fastest growing firms in the DC Metropolitan area. Patrick currently leads efforts focused on bridging the gap between the technology sector and the Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to Markon, Patrick’s recent experience includes working for the US Army War College’s Peacekeeping & Stability Operations Institute. As a Dickinson College graduate in international studies and security, Patrick has a passion for supporting the veteran community and hopes to continue breaking down the barriers of the civilian-military gap.

Amy is a Senior Consultant working with Airswift. In addition to being an U.S.A.F. officer spouse, she has over 5 years of Human Resources, Recruitment and Administrative experience. Amy previously worked for Randstad and Markon Solutions supporting various government contractors, non-profits, and multi-million dollar commercial clients internationally. She is actively working with Bellator Recruiting Academy providing training to veterans, partnerships support and operational support to the veteran non-profit.
